As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor my goal is to match you with the best of traditional and Positive Psychology methods to reduce or eliminate distress while increasing your ability to thrive. I apply both evidence-based and existential treatments for you to develop and master your best possible self. I believe that the best outcomes begin with honoring your life experiences, inherent wisdom and personal strengths. Together we will explore and heal the areas of your life that need attention. I am here to listen and to guide you through the creative process of being your own architect of your most authentic self.  I work from a person-centered, relational orientation. 

I believe therapy is most effective when clients experience their therapist as present, engaged, and genuinely human—not distant or emotionally neutral.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect. I do not maintain a flat affect, nor do I view emotional distance as a measure of professionalism. At times, I may use brief and intentional self-disclosure when it serves a clinical purpose, such as normalizing an experience or strengthening therapeutic connection. Any such disclosure is limited, purposeful, and the focus is always returned to the client.
